egg whites at myprotein

got an email from myprotein, they are offering eggwhites for half the price of eggnation.
But they dont last aslong while open and can be stored at room temperature.

How do you think these compare to the untreated eggs from eggnation that get delivered frozen and last 7 days when open.

thats awesome

1 kilo, thats about 25 egg whites, so i would want about 5kg/week
