Default Example cutting routines

Any chance of someone posting an example cutting routine? I'm at a loss as to how to make one up.

Thanks,
XT

I was looking for more weights and cardio routine suggestions - how many times per week, sets/reps etc rather than diet.

cutting is a matter of cardio and diet adjustment, not weight training adjustment...keep your weight training the same regardless of whether you are cutting or bulking...that whole higher reps for cutting is bullshit mythology of yesteryear bodybuilding novices...
