Default Before Bed

I am thinking of buying some Dymatize Mega Milk protein for drinking before i go to with. The meal that i will have before bed is a tin of tuna and a Dymatize Mega Milk protein shake.
I am currently cutting up so is this pre bed meal a good idea.

Don't go for Mega Milk, it tastes bad and has Maltodextrin, a definate no-no before bed. I'm currently having a 60/25/15 casein/whey/egg blend before I sleep.
