Default birds eye steam fresh.

picked these up , they go in the microwave, each meal provides 28grms protein, 54 grms carbs, 7.6 grms fat,395 cals, you can always add more chicken or rice to it, to bump up your required protein and carb needs.quick and eay meal steamed in the microwave, thai chicken is nice,

I have tried the Thai Chicken - it's nice and very healthy, and have recently tried a fish one as well - i forget the precise one tho. High in protein and low in fat, but it's a tiny portion at an expensive price. Very tasty and fresh tho! Try the range out.
