Default Jacket Potatoes for main evening meal?

Currently 3 weeks through my diet and its going well.. its a diet to lose the flab and build muscle///

Now im in to it.. im looking at varying the bog std eve meal i usually have..

ie , grilled chicken/turkey, veg and sweet potatoe

would a jacket potatoe be ok? with say a tin of tuna.. very small amount of light salad creme to meld the tuna a bit and a large salad?

that is what iam doing....backed potatoe,tuna & a small bit of Cream salad ot mayo or 2 pitta breads filled with tuna or chicken
I cant stomach the sweet potatoe, nearly made me puke

yeah your only three weeks in so a jacket would be fine not too big though.

Nothing wrong with a jacket spud mate ,have it with chicken or steak or fish and as much veg /salad as you like i avoid adding sauces of any kind to my meals but im sure a little wont hurt as long as it is a little

Nice one guys. Just trying to ellivate the boredom of caining the same foods day on day out. I reckon thats one of the main keys to a succesfull training diet
