my first post guys


at the moment im stacking norateen heavyweight 2 bio activator protien & glutimax. any advice on this. also could i take epherdine with this

aged 24 11st 5lbs bf 13% 5ft 7 " i need to drop a pound or 2 on my stomach any tips

hi mate. your better off bulking for a while on the norateen and then once youv finid=shed it then go on a cut and get some ephedrine and start hitting the cardio. no point taking the norateen and ephadrine together.
