Default Breakfast MRP shake with breakdown

breakfast MRP:

milk, whey, oats, egg whites, peanut butter, banana

Skimmed Milk = 400ml = 140 calories with 12/20/0
Oats = 100grams = 350 calories with 12/75/3
Eggs (whole) = 1 egg = 75 calories with 6/0/5
Egg whites = 5 egg whites = 75 calories with 17/0/0
Whey protein powder = 1 1/2 scoops = 170 calories with 34/4/2.5
Peanut butter (natural) = 1 tablespoon = 95 calories with 5/3/8
Banana = 1 large = 120 calories with 1/31/0

This gives a total of:
~1000 calories with 87/133/18.5 split protein/carbs/fats

I'd include only for bulking in the post as realistically your body does not have the capacity to digest all of the above at once.

yup

adjustment to aim is very easy tho, drop the banana, half the oats and the whole egg and its a good cutting breakfast of about 650 cals

I'd keep the banana and drop the PB but other than that yeah good cutter.
