| Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Essex Posts: 635 Rep Power: ![]() | alcohol raises estrogen levels and therefore inhibits muscle growth to a degree. however like andy said - 1 or 2 beers wont hurt but if you go out and get wankered then you wont gain. another thing is that if you go out and get drunk it usually also means tha you get in laste and wake late meaning disruption of eating and sleep patterns. |
