Due to my schedule, i have to do my cardio immediately after my weight training. I want to lost fat but as little muscle as possible. For my pre workout shake i take in whey and dextrose and creatine For post workout it's the same. is this ok, or should i take the post workout shake at the gym after i do the weights but before i do the 20/30 mins of cardio? as it is, my weights take about 50 mins to 1 hour. |

I think having some oats about 40 minutes before your workout would be good in obtaining a steady release of energy, the dextrose probably isn't doing you that many favours for fat loss.
