Nutritionally that is approx 60 grams protein, 40 grams carbs, 3 grams fat. The first 'meal' i have is about 1 hour later and is pretty much the same as my other solid meals, something along the lines of brown rice with cashews and raisins with some pesto and a load of chicken/turkey breast. Prob 50/80/30 protein/carb/fat Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |

| Post workout I have just started having 2 scoops whey, 2 scoops ground oats, milk and honey. Then shortly after a solid meal consisting of either a tin of tuna, chicken/turkey with several slices of wholemeal bread and another single scoop of whey in water. Glass of fruit juice. | |

Usually 240g chicken with a large bowl of oats and raisins (60g protein - 80g carbs ish) J ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |
