| Making Progress Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 226 Rep Power: ![]() | Ive been traing for 3 and a half years put on alot of size and strenght started at 10 and half stone now 15 stone lifting squats 190kg 8 reps deadlift 210kg 10 reps bench press 125kg 10 reps leg press 480kg 10reps full reps. anyway read alot about supps ect but want to know about your real life experiences as I want to do my first cycle what did you take? how much? What did you gain? what did you lose? how long did you cycle for? My line of thinking is to start off with mild steriods and low doseages. Am I right or wrong could you explain you line of thinking please any advice/help would be good. ______________________ Nice |

I'd suggest you don't introduce multiple compounds at once, as you will have a harder time gauging each one's effect. |
