With me it's often a lack of convenience that leads to eating things I shouldn't. I know that the following work well: - rice - sauces - boiled eggs I'm wondering about what other foods are easily prepared in advance. I was thinking pasta might be ok if not mixed with sauce. |

| Making Progress Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: birmingham Posts: 276 Rep Power: ![]() | ive just bought a slow cooker brilliant purchase. put a large chicken in on low in the mornig, 8 hours later the most moist chicken you will ever eat, the meat falls off the bones and all the fat stays in the bottom. im loving it. |

Then place amounts for meals in tupper wear containers freeze and use when needed. ______________________ Nice |
