Default the ultimate meal

ok guys if there is a meal that would be the ultimate mass gainer what would it be?no matter how bad it tastes or what kind of mix it is ,just the ultimate meal to eat every 2 hours for max gains?

Put chicken, oats eggs and brocolli in a blender maybe a bit of rice. Add a little water. Blend it up .
Pour into a glass
