Personally, yes i would. Especially if you are going for a lean approach. Milk solids get me fatter, but I accept it as part of my bulking up (see http://musclechat.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=4210&highlight=)

as you say you are an endomorph, as am i, so from one of our species to another, i say drop the dairy, or at least minimise it.

yes m8 drop the dairy if your trying to get leaner.

if the carbs bother you take them in the first 3 meals and then just taper them down the rest of the day, and none before bed

fish oil wise just follow the recomended dose.

you will be fine with eggs m8 just eat them at a ratio of one or two yolks to 6 eggs, i eat them twice a day thats about a dozen

i think nick coverd about everything else,

at least ive learned wat quark is m8

Thank for your help too FAT BOY, if you're not cutting you should try some quark with some jam/honey/sugar/artificial sweetner.
