Default storing boiled eggs

how do u store them in the firdge with the shell on or off

i suppose if the shells are clean you could keep the shells on, but i dont think it will make much difference either way as long as you keep them coverd, remember always place cooked food above raw meats and so on, so there is no transfer of bacteria through dripping fliuds etc.

the wife just said if u take the shells of and put them in the fridge they will turn black ??

mmm pickled eggs...i love them.
Get a big jar & fill with vinigar & put your boiled eggs in that without the shells
