I don't really have a favourite I like the variety of chicken, steak and whey which I get, not too fond of eggs

Chicken is my favourite, but probably whey is my main source, my a slight margin

Sorry about the omission of tuna, I deleted the option by accident. I eat a lot of it myself!

I like having a protein shake straight after a workout and chicken is also a favourite source, but nothing beats a BIG steak for me!
