| Under Construction | my body fat is at 11% and need to lose a bit more ao my body fat is lower, what percentage would be best for me and in the safe zone, and what supplements can any on advice me to use, my diet is good cards ar good -protein is good ,I eat plenty fruit and veg, pasta, brown rice and bread, supplements useing is stack 2, and tribestan 500+ testerone booster as my testerone level is low at present, any advice guys and gals, welcome. wolfman PS HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERY ONE FOR 2006 |

Use a good whey isolate and use casein before bed, a good multi vit and some EPA. If you want to use supps Try ephidrine or ephedra based products. Avant Labs sesathin is a good product on paper although I have yet to use it myself. You may also want to look into clenbuterol. Hope this helps. |
