Mainly bodybuilders will only have a couple of yolks when eating eggs,
that way you still get a complete protien but you cut the fat content.
a good ratio is 6 eggs and 2 yolks

If you realy trying to gain weight and have a low bodyfat or fast metabalism like. then go for it eat the whole egg cheap quality protien make you a big boy,

Dietary cholesterol has little to do with your LDL count - saturated fat or anabolics are the main cause of that in bodybuilders. The main reason to avoid it is for the fat/calories.

If you make a omelete or scrambled eggs and use 6 eggs and 2 yolks you wont know the difference if i do eggs for my kids i still chuck a couple of yolks out and they dont know but thats just habit.

if you still cant stomach them just get a decent whey protin drink to have with your porridge.

you will be missing out on a fantastic cheap protien though m8 im sure Sandow would have told you to eat eggs
