| Legend | Mainly bodybuilders will only have a couple of yolks when eating eggs, that way you still get a complete protien but you cut the fat content. a good ratio is 6 eggs and 2 yolks If you realy trying to gain weight and have a low bodyfat or fast metabalism like. |

| Legend | If you make a omelete or scrambled eggs and use 6 eggs and 2 yolks you wont know the difference if i do eggs for my kids i still chuck a couple of yolks out and they dont know but thats just habit. if you still cant stomach them just get a decent whey protin drink to have with your porridge. you will be missing out on a fantastic cheap protien though m8 im sure Sandow would have told you to eat eggs |
