fat loss calipers

have been given accu-measure fat loss calipers from eas, got them of a mate , but he cant find the instructionn guide, it has inches on the top, and mm on the bottom, i come in at 24mm , does this mean 24%bf?..does mm =bf%..? , a bit heavy i know ,but it is bulk time.

hi it takes age in to considiation up to 20 yrs it works out 21.3 bf 21-25yrs is 22.3bf 26-30yrs is 23.4bf

hi gez, ime nocking on 41 years young,24mm does this make any diffirence.
