Is a good way to lose weight to justy 3 eat apples a day and use hidroxycut?

Yeah, it's a great way to lose weight. If you want to lose even more just eat one apple. In fact, why not just eat 'hidroxycut' and be done with it?

No mate a good way to lose weight would be to lower your calorie intake to below maintenance. Your maintenance calorie intake is how many calories you would consume in a single day to remain the same weight. You say you are heavy so If you try to eat around 2500 calories a day and take up a few cardiovascular sports ie martial arts or boxing.

Try to eat small meals and often. Around 6 times a day

Try to train 3 times a week using garrilla's training programme.

Eat alot of fruit and veg if u wish

No junk food no fizzy drinks No dessert.

Protein, low GI carbs no saturated fat

You haven't been a **** mate just a kid desperate to get big we have all been there.

Try Garrilla's tarining programme its in the training section.

As well as this take up some boxing or martial arts and do this 1 or twice a week

i do thai boxing 3 times a week and i go to the gym 5 days a week.
The bloke who teaches me thai boxing takes me to the Gym.
Great bloke

How many calaries should i be looking to take in to get maximum fat loss?

wow ok First of all you are over training try cutting your gym down to three times a week. How long have you been training. Up your calories to 3500

you should have no problem losing weight with this much exercise if you eat clean. No junk food
