Default BULK CARDIO

At the moment i am 16 stone with around 15 percent body fat at 5 foot 11 inches.. I feel sligtly fat and i took a noticon to do a mild cut up from now until christmas.

My bulking phase started 4 months ago from 14.7stone, i have been eating on average 3500-4000kcal daily with no cardio.Training wise involved four days training with heavy compound movements. I grew very well..

This mild cut up involves cardio 4 times a week in the morning for an hour (700kcal on exercise bike) with the use of an ECA stack which is to be taken only with cardio and not throught the day. Am i wasting my time with the ECA stack.

Calorie wise on this cut up diet i am taking in around 3000 calories, coming from cleaner sources. The night before cardio i cut carbs out after 8.

Is this drop in calories and increase in cardio to much and will it result in muscle loss
Traing wise i now train 3 nights a week and get alot more rest.
