personally i use about two thirds of a scoop of nesquick, either chocolate or stawberry, that adds about 20-25g of carbs to the shake so it's still good. I get roughly 45g protein, 25g carbs and about 10g fat from one very heaped scoop of whey plus nesquick and 250ml of full fat milk. works out to around 400kcals so it's a good meal replacement IMO.

I tell you whats good for flavour and cheaper than nesquick, Crusha!! You must have seen the ad with the cats "Buy it or we'll crusha!!" Class...am i getting carried away??

Whack a little tiny bit in with you shake and it tastes great!

something i do to improve the taste of my chocolate shakes is to add a few teaspoons of coffee. it masks the taste of the whey and makes the shake much more enjoyable. caffein is also pretty good during the workout. lets face it, anything that can cover up the taste of whey is a good thing!

that works out to about 6.19 per kilo plus P+P whereas mine works out to about 6.79 per kilo so you got the better deal there bro, nice one.

Has anyone ever ordered anything form this site before, or indeed know anything about them at all?

Cheers

DG
