| Under Construction | Im not sure if this is true, but anyway. My dad said Mike Tyson used to jog for a few miles in the morning and then go home and sleep for 3 or so hours to increase his metabolism. He says it helps him lose weight for a fight. (Then again he's not the best fighter in the world, taken a few direct knocks to the head) But give it a try and post your results. ______________________ If you can't join them, beat them. |

| Legend | Fast walking in a morning b4 breakfast about half a hour to forty miniutes is good, if you are realy trying to lose fat add a walk last thing at night as well. < burns the calories without burning muscle > you can walk any time take the dog or yer missus or both a good idea is to choose a destination like a friends house even the gym when im dieting for a show i will walk up to 3 times a day alternativly use the treadmill at the gym |
