Default Advice on my diet

Well i think i managed a decent day with regards to my diet, ive struggled lots with it as up until 3 months ago, mum cooked all my meals and has done since forever! (yeah 29 and still living at home!) Let me know what you think, and any other meal suggestions welcomed.
Tried Salmon, potato wedges and vegtables today, did a good job too.

9am Breakfast
Big bowl of Alpen with milk
1 Protien shake
1 tsp Creatine
2 tsp Cod Liver Oil
1 cap Ammino Liquid

11am GYM

1pm PWO
Double size protien shake with water (Yuk)

1.15pm Lunch
2 Boiled Eggs
1 Large Chicken Breast
side Salad with cherry tomatos
1 cap Amino Liquid

4.15pm Snack
2 Small Jacket potatos
1/3 tub cottage cheese
1 Protien shake with milk
1 cap Amino Liquid

7.30pm Tea
Pancake with 5 eggs (some people call it an omlet but i call it a real Pancake!)
Protien Shake with milk
1 cap amino liquid

10.30 Supper
1 Protien Shake with milk

hi id be adding a post workout meal, protein and carbs/try adding some wheat germ to a protein shake and depending what im trying to acheive add bit more carbs to my meals brown rice or potatoes

You need some carbs post workout and more real food, less protien shakes
