Default Tuna

I am constantly being advised to include Tuna in my diet or some kind of seasfood.
I can stand seasfood tho make me sick, anyone else have this problem and know of replacement foods with same nutritional values?

Well, oily fish is usually rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are good for your health, so prob wise to include some in your diet.

As a protein source tuna isn't complete having only about 14 of the 20 amino acids, so best to eat with some other protein.

Alternatives would be other oily fish, salmon maybe and various meats!

Get some Salmon too, it's cheap nowdays and it's full of all the essential oils, you can get 3 good size salmon steaks for 7 they will last you a good few days.

Just eat it. If you can't stomach it get 2 pints of water and every time you take a bite wash it down.
Plain and simple.

I chucked some in with some of that 5 min savoury rice, never again.

It tasted absolutely foul! Was to be expected I guess.

lol i literally laughed out loud no what u mean.

i gag eating cottage cheese, i gag eating my oats in the morning. Id rather eat 100 other things than tuna.
I find cracking 6 eggs in the moring to much hassle and eating my eggs scrambled bland and boring.
Basically anything thats good for me or has a high protein i struggle with.

Bottomline is i eat it, find a way to eat whats good for u

After a while these foods that are alien to u, at the minute, become the norm and more tolerable after a while so just keep eating them.
