Default How long to bulk?

Just wondering how long you stay on a bulking phase? Would you do a cutting phase after to define what you have built?

I think the answers will vary from individual to individual but I'm on a year long bulk at the moment and will start cutting next spring.
Summers over so unless you compete why bother cutting at this time of the year unless you get you top off for Christmas?

Hi Stumpy, im bulking at the moment, im off on holiday in may and was thinking of cutting before i go. which made me think, how long do people bulk?
When do you think i should change to cutting? (Bearing in mind the holiday ) ive only been properly training for 3 months so far, things are going pretty good too.

Only worry about cutting when you are happy with your size. Why cut if you're sitting at 14st but really want to be 15st when cut?

Keep going untill you are say 17st then when you cut you should look the biz at 15, if you know what I mean.

well i dont tend to cut,i only hold a low body fat at the best of times which is why it takes me longer to gain size/weight,sayin that i've gained 2 stone in just under 3 months  and thats before my first cycle  so lets hope for some good increase on my first cycle
