The scale in Question is the Innerscan 533. It can do many things including measuring accurately your weight, body fat, MBR, MB age, water percentage, muscle mass, bone mass and loads more. Comes in a box with manuals and looks pretty nice. Its relatively easy to setup and use and has Guest Mode and Sports/athelete mode. Id give it a 10. I think its probably the best scale out there especially if you want to monitor yourself although you have to be consistent with your times etc. |

Being able to monitor bodyfat, water (handy on the gear...), mucle mass all independently. I'm impressed with it all (except the price  Fierce |

This tanita uses dual sensors and better logics to calculate your info. However Im telling you right now you have to be consistent when you weigh yourself for example 1st thing in the morning after peeing on a empty stomach. And these are very accurate read their info and its accuracy. Research it. I know im happy and know its money well spent. Calipers? Dont make me laugh. | |
