lose the fried foods and crisps mate. you wanna bulk clean.

The rest of it looks solid.

Peanut butter as a snack I would agree with but not too much at a time (10% sat fats)

I rekon new potatoes could take the place of most of those chips matey. But if you love chips (I get the feeling you do ) Dont cut them out altogether. You'll end up craving and go on a chip bender!

Rest looks cool fella.

Fierce.

as for new potatoes well i cant stand them so will substitute some of the chips for mashed potato and use oven chips to cut down on the fat

I used to be religous with eating clean in the week and at weekends id slack of, but i soon found all the work you do in the week can be wasted at the weekend especially for hard gainers so i now eat bb style correctly 24/7 alough a cheat meal on saterday evening ie an indian doesnt hurt for me especially as im bulking.

agree on the above about weekends

if you eat well through the weekend aswell as the week it definatley makes a differrence

your body needs a constant supply of good food to make gains
