| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Newcastle Posts: 36 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi been reading a lot of the other posts and i start my bulking diet in a week or two and just want to make sure i've got the workings out right i'm 5ft 5 and weigh 143lb so my daily calorie intake should be at least 20 times my bodywight so about 3000 calories a day at least my daily protein intake should be 1.5g per lb at least so 215g per day at least my daily intake of carbs should be at least 2g per lb so 300g per day at least and i should keep my daily intake of fat to about 80g per day with saturated fat being kept to a minimum i say at least as ths will be my bulking diet and it wont matter too much if i go above these but like i say this is based on the various different oppinions i've read so far so i just want to know if this is about right for me as i'm trying to sort out my diet over the next week or so to accomodate these amounts could also do with some information on the various contents of the foods that i'll be eating like cooked chicken breast, cooked and boiled potatoes, chips, pasta etc etc or if anyone knows of a website where all this info can be obtained from that would be a great help |
