A normal male needs 92 grams of fat per day, 92 grams is a hell of a lot of fat when you think normal foods have 8 grams of fat, you have to eat alot of food to get up to 92 grams.

Even when bulking I never consume anywhere near that amount, probably 40-50 grams

The bodybuilding nutritional intake is usually

50% carbs
30% Protein
20% Fats

Mine is nearer

40% carbs
40% Protein
20% Fats

Bear in mind that this is calorie percentage and carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram and fats have 9 calories per gram
