| Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Southampton Posts: 697 Rep Power: ![]() | Even when bulking I never consume anywhere near that amount, probably 40-50 grams The bodybuilding nutritional intake is usually 50% carbs 30% Protein 20% Fats Mine is nearer 40% carbs 40% Protein 20% Fats Bear in mind that this is calorie percentage and carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram and fats have 9 calories per gram J ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |

| Under Construction | what kinda fats are wee talking about tho, i get 81g of fats while bulking but most of them come from EFA and unsaturated fats. mostly olive oil, flax seed oil. been doing this 81g of fat the past 8 weeks and its yeilded better gains than i was at 40-50g of fat while bulking. ______________________ Kyle.. |
