Default before or after?

Is it adviseable to take creatine before or after a work out? at the moment I take it before. Hope I am doing it the right way round.

i think ur meant to take it after m8. opinions differ - but i take mine with a dextrose based drink straight after workouts. i think some people take some before and some after though.

it depends on what type...the powder monohydrate it doesnt matter...just take it every day...the serums are either right before or right after(depends on the manufacturer) and im pretty sure the cee pills are just daily also..

...btw, IMO the loading phase is bunk...just take 1-2 teaspons each day and enjoy!

the tub i bought had a scoop in it, quite a big scoop, just one scoop a day,
could split it half before then half after.

I have the tablet form, I'd sooner have them no messing about and you can get them straight into you when you've finished in the gym when your muscles are burning.

I used to take mine after a workout mixed in with a protein shake, sometimes id take one tablet to work as part of my lunch too

creatine tabs r shit in my experience. creatine has to be digested with sugars or it doesnt absorb into the muscles properly. thats my understanding of it anyway. thats why u take it after a workout with a sugar based drink ie dextrose.
