| Under Construction Join Date: Sep 2005 Posts: 59 Rep Power: ![]() | as I am in the building game I rely on sarnies as a big part of my meals. i do mix them up with chicken or tuna. 6.30 large bowl of porridge with ss milk and a protein drink. 9.30 2 chicken sarnies containing two breasts and a yougart. 12.30 same as 9.30 3.30 can of tuna on wholemeal toast, or tuna in a bowl of soup. 6.30 Jacket spud with tuna and vegtables 8.30-9.30 training 9.35 protein drink 10.30 porridge. ______________________ Done it before, stopped, started again, wish I never stopped. |
