I always used to mix tuna with low cal baked beans, good source of veggie protein, high in fibre, the sauce makes it tolerable, low in fat and cheap.

Bro, you can try sauting it with olive oil or flax seed oil and garlic. Feel free to add real olives and capers to taste. Basil leaves will also help. If you are so sick with the taste of tuna you can add anchovies to add flavor or even mushrooms. Use garlic salt and not the regular salt to add more flavors! You can even use this as a healthy body building pasta sauce!

If you are too lazy to saut here are some stuff you can mix with tuna even with chicken breast. Just pick one! Dont mix everything I mentioned here! hahaha! That would be sick!!LOL

1.Pesto sauce

2. BBQ sauce

3. That sweet chili sauce from Thailand

4.Worcestershire sauce

5.franks hot sauce

6.Tabasco

7. Try making salsa and mixing it with your tuna (salsa ingredients: tomatoes, onions, and chili powder add salt to taste and hot sauce if desired)

8.soy sauce and Wasabi (you can try cutting seaweed/sushi wrap and mix it Japanese style!

9.Have you tried mixing it with cottage cheese? hehe

10.And yes low fat mayo. You can add onions to give it more flavor and diced boiled eggs. Salt to taste.
