Default cottage cheese???

Why would you use cottage cheese instead of regular cheese with a jacket potato?

regular cheese sucks. high in saturated fats.

cottage cheese is good slow releasing proteins with good quality fats.

how else do you guys consume your cottage cheese?
I had a 450gram tub in one sitting the other day over my Baked Potato, not something i could do every day :S

Was thinking of maybe getting a flavoured one with chives in or something and eating it with biscuits any other ideas as to how i can consume it?

Bland is killing me.
