It is the EPH 25+ i was after not the Extreme, could be the same but i think personally i had better results from it.

Don't get me wrong, the Extreme did work and i did notice good results, just not quite as good as the other.

The EPH25+ are smaller capsules!

I use 30mg of straight ephadrine and 1 IDS speedgel tab 3 times a day.
The speed gels are good because they contain caffiene, green tea and aspirin so theres no messing about with pro plus etc. Getting good results from this stack.

ECA STACK ALSO KNOWN AS (T5)

The ECA stack has seen a great increase in popularity over the past couple of years. It is a combination of the asthma / bronchitis drug epherdrine hydrochloride caffeine and aspirin. It is obtainable readily combined in a capsule and is known under a variety of guises T5 being the commonest. It is used primarily as a fat reducing agent and works by raising the body temperature causing you to burn up more calories. The combination is usually made up as follows:

25 mg. Epherdrine

200 mg. Caffeine

15 mg. Aspirin

Needless to say this substance should not be used if you are prescribed Beta blockers or have any form of angina or heart problems

If you drink grape a pint of pure grapefruit juice with this stack it becomes even more effective. The grapefruit contains a substance called narnigen which keeps the caffeine receptor sites open and so has a synergistic effect on the combination. Be warned it will make you feel very hot and irritable.

Having suffered similar sides (not as extreme) to other drugs when I was younger I could easily believe that.
