Injectable vit. b12 is supposed to be the most effective appetite enhance although I don't have first hand experience with it and it's a bit of drastic step to take just to cram a few more calories in your mouth.

I was thinking about the product called Apazin. It seems natural and common.

the only appetite enhancer i would use is probably injectable b12 the natural stuff tends to be junk.

Best way to increase your appetite is to gradually eat more food each day after a while your stomach stretches and your appetite increases.

im not a fan of needles tho, when you see enough people use them for drugs you can get a little sick from seeing them outside a doctors office. but yea gradually eating more sounds good.

I think you'll also find what types of food you eat determine whether you can eat more or not. I've been eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch, lunch 2, and dinner and it gets really difficult - however, the dinner is always something I enjoy and I don't have any trouble eating it at all. I expect you've also been in the position where you can't eat another mouthful and then when you get offered dessert your well up for it....
