You need alot of calories, i mean LOTS!
Here is Arnies 5000 calorie diet

500g Oats, 450ml of milk, 2 bananas, 1 bagel, 2 oranges, 3 whole eggs, 600g sirloin steak, 250g salmon steak, 3 x 100g chicken breats, 225g potatoes, 250g brown rice, 250g cashew nuts, 4 pancakes, 225ml tub ice cream.

Id also reccomend pasta and also supplement yourself with Weight Gain powders.

Its best to have 6 meals spread out through the day, about every 2.5 to 3 hours. If you want to get bigger quicker a midnight snack is good too.

im 19 and 12 stone but i used to be 10.5 before i started weight training and i dont eat anything near this amount so if you eat more you will get heavier.

Remember, Lift Heavy, Eat Heavy and Sleep Heavy

well eat as much as you can everyday
but you cant just have 5 Big Macs, gotta be clean.

Get lots of sleep otherwise if you get too tired you will loose your appetite.
Alcohol isnt a good idea, slows down metabolism and muscle growth so its good to cut down where you can (cheaper too)

magnus is right, you need the calories,

but 5000 will be abit to much for you to start, try aiming for 3500 - 4000

you should see a good gain increase straight away

I agree with Steve, 5000 is a bit much.
Just remember you still need to exercise hard otherwise you will just end up being fat.
