| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2005 Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | hi guys, To make it short, i bulked for 9 months and my weight went from 70kg(64kg lean mass) to 85kg which obviously contained a lot of fat too afterwards! I did look much bigger than when i started and was much stronger. But now im down to 78kg(19% body fat) and my lean mass is still 64kg. I still look bigger than the last 12 months but having the same lean mass is pissing me right off(0kg gain in muscle mass i presume). Either I wasted 12 months of hard work or my body fat monitor is shite(omron fat monitor). Anything come to mind? anyone in the same situation? Thanks |
