Default foods to go with supplements

ok ok, everyone has their favorites, but supplements aside, what foods do you all think give the most impressive gains? I gained a lean 10lbs from eating a high carb anti-oxident cereal. I've also upped my junk food and gained 10lbs of good bulk from that. so what do u guys eat for bulk?

10lbs of fat probaly.

Complex Carbs are good for adding mass, along with fats because of there higher calorific value.

Oats
Mixed Nuts
Fish/Oily
Steak
Beef
Pasta
Olive Oil
Eggs

Just a few things

seacow, unless you are approved as a supplier on this site, you will get in a lot of trouble/be banned.

PM a mod.
