Fruit is not ideal for someone in your position, I found it hard when my stomach shrunk and I used to get full on 1 apple!!!, but in time I stretched my stomach and I never get full now. Try getting some maltodextrin powder to add to your protein shakes (not the most ideal of carb sources for general use due to the high G.I. but its a start) J ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |

If you would like a helping hand, get down the chemists and buy some periactin. It's an antihistamine, has the side effect of drowsiness, but stimulates appetitie a little in some. vit b12 may also be worth a shot. |

Get a good MRP as they definitely helped me get the calorie content up and didn't leave me too full. If you find a good one that you don't have to mix with milk you'll probably find it will digest faster and then hopefully you'll feel hungry again in a couple of hours! I'm currently using the Holland & Barrett Protoplex Deluxe which is working quite well for me at the mo. It has a good protein/carb/fat ratio and tastes good. The other thing that helped me (and I do not condone this in any way as its an extreme step to take) was using D/bol. When I started taking that in as part of my Test-D/bol stack I became incredibly hungry and would eat like a horse! I honestly just couldn't stop eating and would sometimes take more than 6 meals a day. It was truly bizarre! When I finished taking that Test-D/bol stack I did notice my appetite decrease but my stomach was so used to eating more food, that I find it easy to eat 6 meals a day. I would not however recommend that you go quite this far as that! As said in the previous posts, you have to accustom your body to eating more and regularly. It doesn't happen over night. Establish a routine and try and stick to it. You body will then become accustomed to expecting food at certain times which also helps. |

In my opinion eating correctly is as important if not more so then training which you seem to understand so thats a start in itself. Small but freqent meals is the way and add 3 mrp shakes to your diet 1 shake on waking, 1 shake straight after training and 1 before bed take the first 2 shakes in water and this will not fill you up at all allowing you to eat another 3-4 proper meals like brown rice steak etc in the day.I dont know your weight, height etc but if you wanna bulk i guess your slim so a diet of 3-4 meals and 3 shakes will help you add weight to start of. Your get used to upping your food and eating when your not hungary. Most of the time i dont care what the food tastes like i just chew and swallow and the swalling part is sometimes helped with a glass of water. |
