hello there

whats her current diet like? junk food? supplements like eca may help,as long as the diet is good, otherwise they are pointless in taking.

how long she being doing this for? has she lost any weight already.

the cardio will definately help.

if she is already losing weight, eca aint even worth using imo

it can take a long time to lose a significant amount of fat.

tell her to weight herself once a week under the same conditions for the next 3 months, and if she truly is sticking to her diet then she should lose all the lbs.

she also might want to think about doing some sort of resistance workouts (i.e. weights) because the more muscle mass you have the more calories you burn.

not sure eca is a good idea (except when obese) for a lady, as diet i'm sure is the main problem here. however eca is very effective in both raising the metabolic rate of the invidividual (and therefore burning more calories for nothing), and as an appetite suppresant. thats why its been so successful in the past.

also, i'm not sure of dosages for a lady, so do a lot of research from ordering any (www.eph25plus.co.uk) i would recommend.

It might be good to make sure she gets some protien too, perhaps 4 boiled egg-whites for breakfast, some low fat good quality sliced meat at lunch time, and a lean cut at dinner.
