Default my cut starting in 3 weeks(sorry for duplicate post)

I am planning a big cut starting 2 weeks into pct, will be doing 3 EPH25's a day for approx 6 weeks. (with the odd day off)

was planning on 45 minutes cardio every morning, followed by weights after work at 6, and trying to maximise my sleep.

also will be trying to get protein from natural sources ideally rather than shakes.

i think my natural calorific maintenance level is approx 3000 cals, (i will get it calculated), so will aim for 3500 in food, 50/30/20 split prot/carb/fat with an eca burning 3 times a day, and medium intensity cardio in morning and medium intensity weights after work.

i figure from the cardio and weights thats about 1000 burned off, then 500 or so extra from eca, so a rough 1000 deficit for the day.

too much?

thoughts please.

what you think i should start losing fat earlier?
obviously the idea is that i've put on some mass both muscle and fat on cycle, and now wanna get ripped... its standard to competition bodybuilders (which i'm not)

competition bodybuilders would never do that. i am one and the one thing you wanna be sure of when dieting is that you hold on to as much of that hard earned muscle as possible. If you're still in the process of bringing back up to normal your endogenous testosterone level, and you eat a reduced calorie diet with increased cardiovascular activity, the one thing you can be sure of is muscle atrophy. between courses priority should be given to returning your body to a state of homeostasis while holding on to the gains you made while 'on'. The simplest and most effective way to drop bodyfat and preserve muscle mass is to diet while 'on' the juice.

i agree with 'and you eat a reduced calorie diet with increased cardiovascular activity, the one thing you can be sure of is muscle atrophy'

but

its a common practice for people to use clen or eph25 during pct (but not straight into). i'm not necessarily restricting my intake all that much either ,3500 cals, and wont start really pushing the cut until pct is finished. i'm not pushing any sort of cuyt for 2 weeks into pct either.

also, important to note is that i've only done 4 weeks superdrol, nothing too major, and while i understand that PCT is very important, its not like i've done a 14 week dianabol deca course or anything super hard on my LH/test levels.

cheers for post tho.
