Default What is everybody's breakfast?/home made weight gain shake

Hi every1

I work 930 - 530 so i usually get up around 9, obviously limiting my time to prepare a lovely cooked breakfast or whatever, but my morning intake is:

1 large banana
just 2 scoops whey (vanilla, pina colada, or choc mint dymatize elite whey)
100 grams oats or oatmeal
80 grams super crunchy peanut butter
3/4 pint of milk
1/2 pint of water

----> IN THE BLENDER.

Leaves me with a thick gorgeously nutty tasting drink about 800mls, and fills me dammmn good.

preparation time: 1 minute
drinking time: 10 seconds
washing up: 30 seconds

thats a perfect breakfast meal shake with roughly 50g/100g/50g protein/carb/fat split breakfast, with a mixture and low and high good quality GI carbs, good quality fats (on the whole) and approx 1000 cals.

Its also good as a weight gain shake for people trying to bulk up.

What does anybody else do?
