Hi Killer,
Think the idea is that its a quick hit of carbs first thing in the mornin. Honey bein already broken down (by the bee) is digested n workin really quickly, ideal 4 a part of breakfast, especially with slower digestin carbs like oats. (or so i read somewhere anyway !!)
I think Jay Cutler should forget the about the massive amounts of steriods n growth hormone he takes everyday . . . . . . . . .n concerntrate more on his honey intake !! lol !!
BTW. Big Jay Cutler fan !!
Killer, try get hold of New Improved And Beyond, Jays latest dvd, quality trainin video. N that guy eats sooooo much food its untrue !!
All the best mate

its better than sugar because it is fructose and is digested in a different way, I have it with my oats every morining.

I just add two heaped tablespoons of glucose monohydrate to every protein shake.
