water is very important in helping you with fat loss, it also fills an empty tummy and calories are used in processing it.

It carries away lipids and toxins in the bloodstream if there is a steady supply of water.

As far as i believe your body needs to heat water to bodytemperature before it can use it . Your body needs to burn calories to heat the water so if you are following a strict diet then the body burns bodyfat for calories .
personaly i would say 3-4 liters but im not 100% on that but its about right

I would try for 6litres if you can, dieting at the minute myself for a show and thats what i am taking.
Not disagreeing with the other guys 3-4litres is plenty but if you can horse it into you .
I take s**t loads of coffe as well, it helps, if you are taking alot of coffee and dieting i would recommed the coffee being black. Milk/Dairy is bad while dieting.

More isnt necessarily better - there's a limit to how much you can drink before you start diluting bodily fluids (which can in extreme cases be fatal). Unless you are getting seriously dehydrated and losing a lot of water (in which case you should be replacing fluids with more than just water - try V8 juice or isotonic drinks), there's no need to go that far.

i've been at work for 2 hours

In that time i've consumed 3 500ml bottles of water , and 2 dymatize shakers of water (800ml)

almost 2 1/2 litres. By the end of the day i'll be nearing 10, i just have a raging thirst that is almost never satiated, superdrol could be blamed for that... lol

Nick
