It carries away lipids and toxins in the bloodstream if there is a steady supply of water. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% OFF FOR ALL MC MEMBERS, discount code MCD25. www.betterbodies.uk.com Seriously cheap sports nutrition! Your body needs to burn calories to heat the water so if you are following a strict diet then the body burns bodyfat for calories . personaly i would say 3-4 liters but im not 100% on that but its about right Fiba |

Not disagreeing with the other guys 3-4litres is plenty but if you can horse it into you I take s**t loads of coffe as well, it helps, if you are taking alot of coffee and dieting i would recommed the coffee being black. Milk/Dairy is bad while dieting. ![]() ______________________ I see my body as an instrument, rather than an ornament. Unless you are getting seriously dehydrated and losing a lot of water (in which case you should be replacing fluids with more than just water - try V8 juice or isotonic drinks), there's no need to go that far. |

By the end of the day i'll be nearing 10, i just have a raging thirst that is almost never satiated, superdrol could be blamed for that... lol Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |
