Default WHEN TO DIET ?

Been on an 8 wk cycle n my diet has been high protein high carbs. just come to end of cycle n im ready to lose a bit of bodyfat. when should i be lookin to cut the carbs, now ? or after pct ? or doesn`t it matter ? all help welcome cheers

I'd try and maintain it first, and then take a break and then start my diet with some winny. Are you going to go into Ketosis or are you cycling Carbs? I lost a whack load of weight from using the Bodyopus Diet from Dans book, it worked really well for me.

Sorry for late reply, been wrestlin with a virus for the last week ! Fancy targetin sites that have pictures of Kylies ass on ! Theres some sick people out there ! Anyway Zilla gonna cycle carbs kinda like a few low days a few medium days n one high carb day mixed in. Tried all out cuttin back but i think im just too weak ! n this way works for me to some degree when i choose cardio days for low days n legs day for high day ect ect. What does Bodyopus diet involve ?
Any advice plz, I try not to eat many carbs in evenin n night but it does my head in, makes me very tired n then have trouble sleepin . . . . . tried makin love to exhaust myself which works, but one good nights sleep a month just aint enough !!!!!
