Default BB crash diet

I read an artical recently on a bb diet. It says to eat 100g of fat,15g of protien, nil carbs and a multi vit per day.
The theory is that if the daily intake is spread over 5 meals your body takes in 20g of fat and 3g of protien. Once your body burns the small amount of fat it is already in "fat burning mode" so it continues burning bodyfat until you start eating normally again.
The artical sates that the diet is only safe for 4 days maximum. After the 4th day you continue on to a high protien, low carb diet for 5-7 days before repeating again.
Also almost no muscle is lost because your body is constantly eating fat instead of muscle tissue

Have any of you heard or tried this before, if so what kind of results did you get?

I work nightshift at the mo but im starting a new job on Monday wich is a normal 9-5 gig so i might give it a go on a Friday to Monday .
Since i am starting back at the gym tomorrow after a long lay off i want to get my diet right and get some quality training under my belt before i try a diet as extreme as the one i asked about .
However i am curious and will defenetly give it a go within the next 2-3 months.
Since no-one seems to have came across this before i will be sure to let you know how i got on, results etc .

Sounds bogus to me. If you're eating so little protein you'll lose a ton of muscle.
