| Under Construction Join Date: May 2005 Posts: 19 Rep Power: ![]() | For the last 4 weeks I have cut out all junk food along with a strict diet been doing cardio everyday (30-40 minutes) average burn of about 400 cals. I have made some significant progress in all areas of BF. My question is should I reach my goal first then do the cycle or can I start my cycle and continue with cardio and workout routine? Im thinking best results will be wait anoither 4 weeks then start cycle. Cheers Shaun |

| Under Construction Join Date: May 2005 Posts: 19 Rep Power: ![]() | By junk food I mean everything no Pepsi, crisps, chocolate, beer, alcohol of any kind, saturated fats, cakes, refined sugars etc. I train 3 times per week Day 1 - Cardio 40 minutes 100 Ab Crunchs Day 2 - Arms 5X8 BB curls 5X8 DB curls 5X8 Cable curls 5X8 Machine Curls 100 Ab Crunchs Day 3 - Cardio 40 minutes 100 Ab crunches Day 4 - Cardio 40 minutes Back Shoulders 5X8 Lat Pull Downs 5X8 Shoulder Shurgs 5X8 DB Flys 5X8 Shoulder machine Day 5 - Cardio 40 Minutes 100 Ab crunches Day 6 - Cardio 40 minutes 100 ab crunches Legs Day 7 - Cardio 40 minutes 100 Ab crunches |
