hi

dunno why the board is so dry at the moment ;(

the flaw in ur routine is the carbs i think, why eat 50grams rice when u can eat 250 each time, why have 1 jacket potato when u can have 2 or 3

i think this is the worst bit:
1830
train for 1 hour while drinking a mrp shake inbetween sets

1930 bath

2000
chicken breast and 50g rice

u need to have maybe 2 chicken breasts and 350 grams rice (cooked) - it should be ur biggest and most complex meal straight after ur workout.

i do a workout, come back, do a quick whey shake (quickly absorbing protein), then shower change etc, perpare and cook meal, so about 1 hour after shake eat a large slow digesting protein and carb meal

btw ur diet is great just a couple of pointers, all my OPinion not fact.

nick

yeah i agree with pretty much everythin nick said.

diet looks good mate.

just the mrp drink whilst training and relatively small meal after your session that sticks out to me.

Personnly i only drink water while im training. i do exactly the same as nick after. quick protein drink, then shower, then whack as much quality food down me as poss.
