I start a new job on Monday and its pretty remote so I'm going to have to take food with me rather than go home for lunch like I do now. I don't eat much bread as it bloats me out and don't want to take loads of sandwiches (although a bit of bread is ok) so any good ideas or recipes would be very helpful. |

| Under Construction | if u havnt got access to a microwave there are flasks available for wholefoods and these are great if u prefer hot meals. i usually have cold packed lunches tho, brown rice or wholemeal pasta is great mixed with chicken, tuna or salmon, grilled veg, ratatouille or even some raw veg with a salad dressing. i use a lot of herbs and spices when im cooking and this helps give a variety of flavours. another one of my favourites is wholemeal pitta bread with mixed salad leaves and chicken strips or homemade meatballs with a chilli sauce (nice healthy kebab). if ur needing to add any extras to ur lunch: boiled egg whites, fruit, yoghurts, nuts and seeds are great additions. |
